The box has vintage wear on it but clearly marked Hand in Hand with Fashion Mesh bags by Whiting & Davis Co.

The small bad is bright gold toned and has a rhinestone clasp and small gold chain.  Originial tissue still here. 

The inside lining is very good.  Made in the USA.

A beautiful product.and Museum quality.
