Our Practices:
Unless stated otherwise, all listed cards are fresh from packs that I have opened myself.
Standard/Parallel Set holofoil, Full Art, Special Illustration, Shiny Rare and Secret Rare cards are immediately double sleeved, while standard non-holos are sleeved as they are processed for listing.
My cards are kept climate controlled and stored in side-loading zipper binders and card storage boxes, with rechargeable silica gel desiccant pouches to control humidity.
After photographing for inventory: standard non-holos are stored in penny sleeves only. Holos are double-sleeved in top loaders. Other cards which I expect to be highly collectible, high value, or good candidates for grading, are stored in perfect fit penny sleeves and placed inside of magnetic one-touch card holders.
