-All orders are shipped insured. If your items arrive broken due to shipping, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company with our help. If you do not file a claim you can pay to return the item to us, we will then refund your original costs and we will file the claim with the shipper.
-We do not accept return unless the item is not as described. We will deduct all shipping charges from your refund, unless the item we sent you was not as described. The item needs to be returned in the same condition you receive it.

****We are not responsible for you ordering the wrong product. We are a liquidator of many products, not a store with technical support. We price items at a discount. The model number is normally listed in the title and the description. Be sure it is the right product for your application. Example: the listing might give a model number of a mower blade and then say “for 54” Toro deck.” This does not mean that the blade will fit all Toro decks. Toro has manufactured dozen of different 54” decks. Make sure the item/model matches your model. We also use stock photos at times. Please DO NOT order a product based solely off the image. Again check that the part number is correct for your application.
