This is a smog pump for use on Chevrolet, Corvette, Camaro, and Chevelle. I added a small amount of oil to it before attempting to turn it. The bearings or bushings feel good and it turns smoothly.   It may be useable as is or It  may need to be serviced before use. Check out my other listings for more camaro and corvette parts.
