Low mileage, 4WD pick-up with towing package, soft-top tonneau cover, and side step bumpers.  Note following:  2 burn holes in rear seat fabric; slight crack in left tail light; parking brake disconnected.  All 4 tires less than 1000 miles.  One minor accident:  fender damage (repaired and replaced); no frame damage.
