So we can pay the carrier and Ship the parcel to buyer. If the buyer doesn’t pay or respond to us in specific time then we are not responsible for the order or refund. These charges are excluding the shipping charges . If the buyer address doesn’t comes in Remote area zone we will never ask the buyer for these charges. There order will be delivered straight away
