This is a Dominica OHMS, or ON HIS MAJESTY'S SERVICE Registered Cover sent to Glasgow, Scotland on 8/15/1917.

What makes this little beauty really special is LIVERPOOL BACKSTAMP, dated 9/7/1917.  This is a VERY RARE and early cover that was sent during World War I.  The cover itself is in Very Fine condition.
