This is a Trinidad OHMS, or ON HIS MAJESTY'S SERVICE Wrapper sent from the Botanical Department to Edinburgh, Scotland on 1/30/1902.  It's worth nothing that this very early cover has the OHMS as an M/S.

What makes this little beauty really special is the CIRCLE TRINIDAD OFFICIAL PAID marking in BLACK.  This is a VERY RARE Marking.  The cover itself is in Very Fine condition.
