More people not reading auctions and asking me to remove their bid - Note I DO NOT cancel bids - if you've bid by mistake then your job to retract/remove the bid - info can be easily found in the Help & Contact section

I don't do buy it now's but I do end some auctions early if I am happy with the start bid to sell the item and get it to you sooner rather than later. Many of my items are advertised elsewhere so if you really want what I am selling then you know what to do.

I'm happy for items to be collected but prefer CASH on collection once you have seen and are happy with the purchase.

I do not offer personal delivery for any items.

Any postage/courier prices quoted in my listings are for Great Britain only, if you are in an remote area which may cost more, then please get in touch first to check postage rate. I will post to most areas but at your cost not mine.  

In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in the post please get in touch so that I can try and sort out the problem first, we’re all human and mishaps do happen. For the purpose of any claim I would need clear photographs of any damage and if possible photographs of the damaged packaging too, as couriers request pictures as part of the claims process. If you see any damage to your parcel, mention to the driver (if seen) and sign as damaged rather than your name, lets them know how the item was presented to you.

Should an item not be delivered by Royal Mail (when used) it will be your responsibility to make the claim with them once I have sent you the certificate of posting. I am quick to despatch items once payment has been received and ask that this is done within 2 days of the auction end if item is being posted.
