This has been sat in my shed tripping me up for a while now so needs a new home

I cant get a spark on it so this will need looking at

When you pull it over while in drive everything moves drum and cutters

selling for the price of just the pull mech

strip it for parts or repair and have a nice striped lawn 

i just dont seem to have the time for this
