  • Beschreibung: Gelungene Stadtvedute eines reisenden englischen Künstlers. Am Ufer der Etsch stehend zeichnete der Künstler die Altstadt Bozens mit der Kathedrale vor dem beeindruckenden Bergmassiv. In der Ferne ist die beeindruckende Festung Siegmundskron zu sehen.

  • Description: Successful city veduta by a travelling English artist. Standing on the banks of the Adige River, the artist drew the old town of Bolzano with the cathedral in front of the impressive mountain massif. The impressive Siegmundskron Fortress can be seen in the distance.

  • Condition: Very good condition. In places faintly foxed and soiled. A stripe-like rubbing is visible in the lower right quarter.
