• Beschreibung: Die vorliegende Grafik zeigt eine ältere Frau, die beim Lesen eines Buches eingeschlafen ist. Das Buch rutscht nun aufgeschlagen langsam aus ihrem Schoß. Sie trägt traditionelle Kleidung mit schwarzer Witwen-Haube und hält ihre Brille in der rechten Hand. Im Hintergrund ist teilweise eine Fensteransicht mit Pflanzen erkennbar. Die Szene wird detailliert und naturalistisch wiedergegeben und strahlt eine ruhige Atmosphäre aus.

• Description: This graphic shows an elderly woman who has fallen asleep while reading a book. Opened, the book slowly slips out of her lap. She is wearing traditional clothing with a black widow's cap and is holding her glasses in her right hand. A window view with plants is partially recognisable in the background. The scene is rendered in detail and naturalistically and radiates a calm atmosphere.
