This listing is for charming collectors plate entitled "Purple Umbrella" which is the First Art plate in the "Joyful Children Collection" by P. Buckley Moss.  Diameter is 6 3/4-inches.  This plate is in excellent condition and is numbered 0830 of 5000. It comes with the original Certificate of Authenticity, Descriptive Card and the box which shows just a bit of wear and is complete with the gold elastic cord. 

The official plate description says in part:  Neither rain nor sunshine shall make these three youngsters leave their refuge from under the "Purple Umbrella"....

As you can see in the photo, the colors are vibrant and the attention to detail is nicely done making this plate a great gift choice or a beautiful piece to add to a collection for anyone who appreciates the art of P. Buckley Moss.
