Antique Idaho State Capitol Souvenir Spoon

Japan

Highly detailed antique 5 ¾” souvenir spoon of the Idaho state capitol. The bowl shows a relief of the state capitol with surrounding trees and clouds.  The handle shows a scene of a dam, potatoes, a skier and the word Idaho on the front, while the back shows a hoodoo, cinder cones, a waterfall and the word Japan.

The spoon is in excellent condition for age.  I’m not sure of the metal content of the spoon. It has more of a matte finish than silver and it’s not marked sterling. The spoon belonged to my mom but my have come from my grandmother. It’s probably from the 1930’s or 40’s.
