Brought the escort approximately 8yrs ago from Southern Ireland drove it back on ferry didn’t miss a beat parked in garage and hasn’t moved since obviously will need recommissioning but it’s all there nothing missing engine runs sweet ideal project Will only go up in value only selling as garage needs to be removed to built granny annexe. Will need registration in UK what you see is what you get an opportunity to own a sort after classic car it’s MOT and road tax exempt so what’s not to like.

We have found out new things about the car it was green originally and had a colour change 20/12/2010 it’s still on the data base in Southern Ireland and registered as a vintage/veteran car looking into getting car registered in UK it’s not an easy process I’ve put a list on pics that needs to be sorted before it’s even considered for UK registration good news I’ve found the original log book (paper) showing four previous owners it shows the engine number is correct and the chassis number that you can’t read on VIN plate. due to age this is fair warning that it’s going to be an uphill battle to get registered but when done car will be a fantastic asset
