Included in this lot: One (1) pinwheel/jelly roll, containing 40 (2.5"x43/44") strips. Here's a contemporary take on florals and other motifs. A nice balance of florals and foliage, along with beautifully executed geometric medallions in a grid pattern, stripes, shibori, and other patterns. Feminine and youthful, but appropriate for any age group.
Jelly rolls are wonderful for making lasagna quilts, strip quilts, log cabin quilts, and a number of other patterns. They are easily cut down into 2.5" squares to create nine patch blocks as well, or simply to do a scrappy quilt if you have strips from other pinwheels or leftover from previous projects.
I make lap quilts for cancer patients (all ages) and Alzheimer's patients and have pieced several lap quilt tops using this particular jelly roll. This lot comes from a smoke-free, pet-free studio space.
