This is a vintage Bruce Gordon Chinook. Yes, it is the very same Chinook featured on The Radavist in 2019 (https://theradavist.com/an-eroica-california-bruce-gordon-chinook-road/). Built up with a (mostly) Super Record group, Cinelli cockpit, and wheelset built with Phil Wood hubs to Super Champion Competition tubular rims.

The lugged Columbus SL frame and fork are free from any dents or dings. It has been professionally repainted, and the bike has seen some miles since then, so the paint isn't perfect, especially on the non-drive side. Measurements are 56cm center to top of seat tube, 56cm top tube, with a 32" standover. The rear spacing is 126mm and the wheels are 700c.
