This is a Zanzibar Provisional Stamp from 1897.  This is S.G. 156.  It has the 2 1/2 Type 4 in red on 4 Anna Green. 

It is in Mint Original Gum and Fine Condition with a small Hinge Remaining.   It is valued at L325 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalog.
