PayPal is the preferred method for payment. If you are paying by bank transfer, please use your exact eBay username as the reference to ensure that your order will get processed smoothly.

All items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria to Australia wide via AUPOST or FASTWAY.

    Pleaseensure that you are providing the CORRECT deliveryaddress before making payment, otherwise late delivery or cancel order may occur.

    We post every weekday only, except Public Holidays. Each order will be handled and dispatched within 1business day of receiving payment. (Please note that our cut off time is 8:30AM, so that if you purchase on Friday 8:31AM, your order will be processed next Monday.)

    After dispatch, tracking number will be available. AUPOST usually delivers between 2- 6business days. Delivery to WA and remote regional areas can take longer.

    Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages in delivery by AUPOST or FASTWAY. If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange resend.

    Before returning an item, please contact our customer service for instructions.

    If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price, and we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund.

    All items must be returned in exact condition as sent.

    Non-faulty items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.

    Faulty items: We will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post costs on returns.
