A  very hard to find Feralite FF79 from early 1960's. Serial #D31904. 8' 2 piece, weighs 3 3/8 oz and yet rated for 5,6, or 7wt line. This is a dandy, ready to fish and highly collectable. Transparent glass construction, often called a glow stick. The cork is in great original condition with a nice patina and very smooth feel. Very easy to clean and would look like knew, but I have chosen not to do so. Looking closely a cork gouge is evident right where the reel seat ring meets the cork. Hardly noticeable but I really try to describe my items as if I am purchasing them. The rod cloth sleeve is an original Fenwick, This blue plaid flannel is quite rare, very seldom found. It was made with a fabric pouch sewn at bottom to prevent rod sections from rubbing thru. The hard case is an original Fenwick brown triangle, plastic lid fastens, but hinge worn off. Rod and case will be carefully wrapped and shipped in hard cardboard tube with adequate insurance
