This is a Dutch East Indies 1850 Pre Stamp Cover.  It was sent from Cheribon to Bagilow with partial contents. 

The thing to note about this cover is that it has an OVAL CHERIBON FRANCO in BLACK, #141a.  It is also countersigned on the lower left side!

Take care because this item, though in very good shape, is still extremely old!
