This item is preowned in acceptable condition coming with wear and tear from use being marks and scratches on the item as pictured. This comes with the zuca brown Frame cart as shown and the blue zuca insert as shown. 2 of the wheels light up when rolled. The pull out handle gets stuck every couple times trying to push it back in but eventually always goes back in, also the zippers for the front part of the back shown came off the track for it as shown and the Velcro that holds the top of the insert came off the bag but can be reglued.
