Description:  Items are brand new; printed on a 3D printer.  Items have been created using yellow filament to best resemble the original shapes.  Photos have been provided for your reference.

Please note: The shape sorter ball is NOT included.  It is only pictured for reference.  The listing is ONLY for the ten replacement shapes. 

All of our 3D prints are genuine licensed products.  We do not infringe on anyones designs and give reference to the creator when required.  We would like to acknowledge mattymakesit for the awesome design!

Shipping:   Item will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage mail.  Inquire about other shipping methods PRIOR to purchase.  Once the item leaves our hands we are at the mercy of the USPS.  Please do not take their failure out on us.  

Payment:  If you are still browsing our inventory, please wait to make a payment until you after you are finished shopping.  If you purchased multiple items, please allow me time to send you an invoice.  Failure to pay for item within four days will result in an unpaid item case being opened and your account will get blocked.  If you can’t make a payment right away, please just let me know.

Feedback:  Feedback will be left upon receipt of feedback.  If an issue does arise please contact me through eBay messaging to resolve.  We strive for five star ratings.

Returns - We require ALL items to be returned in order to process a refund.  We will no longer be issuing partial refunds to buyers.  If the item is not returned to us, a refund will NOT be issued. No exceptions.  All item(s) MUST be returned in the original shipping box.  If item is not returned in the original shipping box, a refund will NOT be issued.  If a return is requested due to buyers remorse (“changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake”), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that your item gets damaged during shipping, please upload photos of the damage to the item, but also the damage to the shipping materials and shipping container.  These photos are required to document all damage. 

International Buyers: All duty & import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping charges are not free for international buyers.  Please inquire PRIOR to purchase for a shipping quote.

Business Hours - Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM. All orders will ship out within one business day of receiving payment; unless there is a problem with your order, in which you will be contacted. If you purchase an item on a Friday, it will be mailed out on Monday. All messages will be answered during normal business hours. If you contact us over the weekend, please allow until Monday morning for us to respond.
