1969 AMC AMX - born a 290, 4 speed - car currently has a 401 with Edelbrock aluminum heads and intake, Demon carburetor, Tremec 5 speed, electronic ignition, aluminum radiator, electric fan, aftermarket dash gauges, Kenwood stereo system, aftermarket seats (no idea of brand or from what), heavy sway bars, etc.  Car runs, drives, and stops - a little cold blooded, perhaps the carb needs adjustment or time for a kit - bodywork was done and car painted in 2002 so the paint is tired - plenty of chips and scratches but still shines well - driver's door is rippled from touching the side of the garage opening (I assume that is what happened) - some patches have been put onto the floors, not cut out and welded in - car is titled in my name - drive it as is or plan on a little bodywork and paint and pretty it up - there is no door tag so I cannot verify color or interior - I have a lot of paperwork with this car with a lot of instructions for all the upgrades - even have a few pics from when it was in the body shop - body appears to be quite solid, trunk is solid, troughs and frames are all good - electrical is all good but gas gauge does not work and also the air/fuel ratio gauge - speedometer is a GPS unit - rubber is good - front brakes are upgraded to disc (AMC Concorde conversion) - feel free to contact to discuss - CALLS PREFFERED - name is Dean / cell 701-205-6906 - Thank you.
