Mobile Oil Corp Heavy Canvas Mail Bag with locking mechanism.  It's in very good condition and I believe this is from the 70s. No holes and mechanism still works.  This could be used for so many things. Lenth is 35.5 inches, and the width is 21 5.  All good if you collect mobile oil items.
