Sie bieten auf eine 6E5, neu, Marke TOYO. Japan. Das Leuchtbild ist sehr hell und gleichmässig dank üppiger Phosphorbeschichtung des
Leuchtschirmes und ist um etliches heller und gleichmässiger als bei den
russischen 6E5c. Die Photos sind im vollen Tageslicht aufgenommen.
Achtung: Die 6E5 ist leicht grösser als die EM34, Länge mit Sockel ohne Pins 89mm, (mit Pins 103mm) Durchm. Glaskörper 28,5mm , Heizung 6,3v , Leuchschirmspannung 100-250v
Der Sockel ist der amerikanische UX6. Für den Einbau in ein Gerät wo ursprünglich eine EM34 verbaut wurde, muss eine UX6 Fassung eingelötet werden, statt der vorhandenen 8-Pol. 1 solcher UX Sockel sind hier mit dabei.

Es ENTFÄLLT (!!) die grüne Leitung wenn einer der 2 Stück 1 Megaohm Widerstände auf der original EM34 Fassung ausgelötet und stattdessen zwischen Pin2 und Pin4 auf der Fassung der 6E5 eingelötet wird.

you are bidding on 1 Pc brand new Magic eye, manufactured by Toyo, Japan.
The base is the UX6 6-pin type. To convert a receiver which originally has an EM 34 the original octal socket has to be converted to a UX6 socket, i have 1 of these UX6 sockets included in this auction
The
phosphor layer on the target is very thick, so it is a lot brighter and
more even than the Russian 6E5C, the pictures were taken in full
daylight ! (target volts: 200v)
A diagram on how to convert from octal to UX6 socket is shown in a photo. The 1 of the 2 original 1 megohm resistors on the original socket is to be tranferred to the UX6 socket, the green coloured trace only applies if the original socket remains in the radio and the UX6 socket is jumpered over to it
If the magic eye in your
receiver does not react to stations being tuned, please first check the
2 1 megaohm resistors located on the magic eye socket, they very often
fail.
