Literally brand new, opened just to make sure fully working. Came with my desktop pc I bought a while ago but never used. Uses the RF short cable cordless receiver to connect to mouse which is inside the box.

Requires 1x AA Battery not included

Simple instructions. First time use. Put battery in mouse. Connect usb dongle to desktop. Hold button down on dongle while holding down the button under the mouse using a sim pin for 5 to 10 seconds. All set up.
