I do not know how much capacity this really has.  My dad used this for a few days brand new and realized he did not want it, so he "cleaned out his info". After that he gave it to me and I could never turn it on. The screen would only flash for a second. Since then I have never been able to figure it out (but I don't know much about these things) and it won't turn on at all.
