I believe this is from 1989.  Looks like it was a flat sheet at one time.  It does have a couple of stains (see pictures). The color is very faded, too. I think it has been bleached multiple times.   The batting between the front and back pieces is wadded up in places.  This blanket is still usable and would make a great addition to your collection.
