This is a very early example of Swarovski crystal. It is 50mm tall. There are at least six variations of this piece.
It has crystal tips on gold antennae, the large metal nose resembles a mask which extends back to the eyes.
It is my opinion that this example is the long necked version of variety 3 as described in Warner's Blue Ribbon Book.
