This is a size (tag says M; armpit to armpit is 19 inches; top of the shoulder to the bottom is 27 inches) blue thin style hoodie sweatshirt (has a zip pocket on the left arm too) from Adidas of Michigan.  The sweatshirt has been lightly worn and is in good condition with no marks, holes, stains,etc. Thanks!
