Midland 75-785 Black 40 Channel Handheld Wireless CB Radio Transceiver.  Tested good. We are close to an Interstate so  listened to the truckers for a while.  I tried with batteries and it worked good (batteries not included).  It take nine AAs. Works great on the AC adapter.  It does come with an AC adapter, belt clip and carrying strap.  Good unit.
