This card is a one of one chase card from 2017 The Bar - Pieces of the Past featuring Presidential and historical figures.  This precious metals sterling silver chase card is the only one made of President Barack Obama.  There were 4 silver bar cards made for the previous 4 sitting presidents where none of them have surfaced other than this card.  Very few trading cards are made of presidents, and this is the rarest one available of President Obama.  This was also the best card to pull in the product.
