Charlie is in overall good condition. Face is factory painted while there is some paint touch up on parts of his hair and some on his right side of neck, as pictured. Still has his pull string that makes his mouth open and close. Sometimes stays in the open mouth position, simply pull the string and it closes. Original jacket with wear, hat and pants.
