Vintage GRETSCH Super Bass piggyback amp.

This Valco-made amp from the 1960's was originally designed for bass players but its 6L6GC and 2x12" configuration found favor with guitar players looking for clean headroom with the unmistakable "American" flavor Valco amps offer.

70 Watt amplifier.  This head gets loud!

2x12" bass cabinet.  The tolex is in very good condition.

While it is functional, it does need some attention.

One speaker needs to be replaced, and the tone selector switch is intermittent/not working.  

Volume knob, tone knob, tone switch, standby, and all three input jacks are working.
