Holly's Handmade Pickup. (1966) Series

Handwound in the USA by Sarah Holly.

W/ Pickup Cover, Screws, & Grommets.

This produces organic/ woody bell tones

With that classic plungey sound.

 We have done everything in our power to recreate the original look, tone,

 and feel of Fenders original vintage pickups.

 We hand prep each bobbin using the exact specifications that Fender used.

Then we select the correct magnet size and hand bevel each magnet.

 From there we use our own hand made steel jigs to press the pickups together.

This process leaves the same tooling marks as Fender's original pickups..

 Once assembled, each bobbin is then dipped in lacquer.

Once dry, the pickups are wound on a hand made winder very similar to the original Fender Winder.

We use the exact mechanical counter and exact vintage motor for the right tension.

For an accurate coil, no wire guides are used.

And just like the original pre CBS pickups, our pickups are also wound by a female.

We believe a woman's delicate touch is key to the classic tone.

(But not in a woke way)

 Allot of time and love goes into each pickup.

The end result is organic rich tones that you wont find anywhere else.
