You receive everything shown. They house is generally in good condition, but there is some discoloration in certain areas, particularly the purple areas like the fence, staircase, and teeter-totter out front. It comes with a cardboard rug, swing, and ladder/staircase/bridge. Also includes the LPS hamster. If you have any questions or would like more photos, please let me know.
