This is a beautiful Calla Off the Shoulder Romper by Lilly Pulitzer. The color is true navy. The sleeves are 3/4 length with 3 rows of ruffles on them. The size is x-small. The fabric is 96% rayon/4% spandex. Care instructions: hand wash cold/lay flat to dry. It is in like new condition, having only been worn once. From a smoke-free home.
