Material I believe to be cast iron rather than steel, they're quite heavy. Have been used on timber casement windows in our old house. They're reproductions, not antiques, but good ones with the same handmade look that originals have. Solid and robust.

Condition is used but good, some signs of wear especially on the pins. Slight rusting on the back of the mortice plates and one of the latches, please see final, specific photo.
