Coin is beautiful lots of luster, slight toning but it is very obvious it is a proof, I have included a video of both sides below (it is a flickr link as eBay was not allowing me to upload the video)

NGC holder has very slight damage to the bottom left corner, easily able to send into NGC if you prefer to get it fixed but honestly does not detract from such a beautiful specimen of a coin

Low mintage at 1550 makes this very rare
