WITH FLOWER DECOR
Small baluster vase on a stepped base, forming a small bulge, slimmer, slowly expanding towards the top and tapering off into a narrow opening. Clear glass with color powder melts in blue, running towards the top in lilac color with highly etched floral decoration, polished, cut signature 'DAUM NANCY' with Lorraine cross on the underside.
TECHNOLOGY:
HANDMADE CAMEO GLASS
Glass covered with several layers, in which motifs are worked out in high cut. Since the mid-19th century The shaping was also done by etching. Vessels made of cameo glass were already made in ancient times, and at the end of the 19th century. In the 19th century, this glass art was further developed, especially in Nancy.

Small baluster-shaped vase on a separate stand, forming a small bulge, slender, slowly bulging towards the top and tapering towards a narrowed opening. Colorless glass with colored powder fused in blue, lilac-colored running upwards with highly etched floral decoration, polished, cut signature 'DAUM NANCY' with the cross of Lorraine on the underside.

HANDMADE CAMEO GLASS
Glass overlaid with several layers, with high-cut worked out motifs. Since the middle of the 19th century, the design has also been done by etching. Cameo glass vessels were already being made in antique; cameo glass vessels were already being made in ancient times, and at the end of the 19th century this glass art was further developed, especially in Nancy.
