For your consideration is the 1/23/77 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Basketball Program v. GRADING- I generally assign a grade to each item and then point out any issues that impact the overall condition.  NEAR MINT- An item that has almost no flaws.  EXCELLENT- Issues that are only noticeable upon inspection.  An item might have 2 or 3 flaws like minor surface creasing, minor discoloration to the covers or interior pages, minor edge or spine wear. VERY GOOD- Issues that are immediately noticeable.  More moderate wear including heavier discoloration to cover or interior pages, surface wear that impacts many of the pages, splits or noticeable wear to the spine, chipping to the edges of the covers or interior pages.  FAIR- Major Wear in many categories, but the item is still collectible.  POOR- So many problems that it makes an item in this condition almost unusable.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING-  Payment is expected within 3 days.
