You will receive the exact item pictured.  The unit is used and has some cosmetic wear but is in overall good condition.  The unit has been tested to the best of my ability.  I was able to test the play function and the buttons and knobs associated with that.  The unit works flawlessly when listening to a tape.  I was not able to test the recording functions of the unit.  I tested the unit using 2 D batteries.  Batteries are not included.  The unit will not come with a power adapter.  The unit will be shipped with care.
