Dut to all phone we sold are old version phone, we don’t accept the return as below:

1. This phone can’t work with your sim cards . all phone we sold are old venison phone, all phone are tested ,fully working , all phone can work with our sim cards ,but we can’t ensure it can work with your sim cards , before you order it , please contact with your carrier whether it has 2G or 3G networks in your place.

2. Before you start a return , please contact with me, send me the pictures or video about the defective. we don't accept return that the phone withou any defective.

3. We don’t accept the return that the phone can’t download app. These phone are old version phone. The OS is very old . Some APPS  can't work  on this phone.

4. We don’t accept the return that the phone don’t have WiFi. Some old versions don’t have WiFi function.

5. We don’t accept the return the phone don’t have some function with out any consult before order. Before you order it , you should consult with me which function in the phone what you want.
