This is a Russian 1973 Chaika Gaz-13 Hearse Limousine for Communist Leaders of USSR , also known as "Black Doctor"  , Handmade by TO Models Ukraine . Please , note there is a bit of paint rush on the hood , other way it is in excellent condition . Very Rare and hard to Find .
