These party invitations are printed on 170gsm silk art paper in house on our digital press and cut down to A6 (148mm x 105mm) size. The invites are all printed using genuine toners and in high resolution full colour.
All our invites are designed in house by our design team and are custom designed.
If you would like a custom design, please contact us prior to ordering as we have a custom listing on eBay for this.
We ship all our invitations via ebay Royal Mail 2nd Class labels but we can send via Royal Mail 1st Class & Special Delivery.
These are posted in a standard white C5 / C4 envelope that fits through a standard letterbox.
Due to ebay rules, we can only ship your item to the address that is within the order provided.
We aim to send your order within 72 hours from ordering but in busy periods this could be over 72 hours.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm excluding Bank Holidays. If your order is urgent then please get in touch with us by phone.
If the personalisation is not sent on time we will not be held responsible for the delay and it will be you the buyer's responsibility to make sure the details have come through. If you require the decal by a certain date that is close, please add this in the notes to seller section, upgrade the postage and contact us so we are aware of the deadline.
We will post within our handling times but it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that they have chosen the right postage to ensure arrival date.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or delays caused by Royal Mail as we are not in control of this.
We will do our very best to post the item out within our handling time. If in the unfortunate event the decal is not delivered, please contact us via an ebay message and allow us to resolve the problem before leaving us feedback so we can resolve this for you.
If the event is close when ordering there are 2 different delivery options to make sure the item arrives in time. If you feel it may not come in time please message us on eBay and follow this up and contact us by phone.
