Up for sale is a Sony GV-HD700 Mini DV videocassette player/recorder. All aspects were tested and functioning perfectly. 

Tapes rewind, fast forward, and play with ease. The remote control works nicely, and I just installed brand new batteries in it.

The SD card slot was tested as well, and a few of the images featured are my pictures from diving a few years back.

I’m also including a nice 6 foot HDMI cord that outputs beautiful HD quality images and video to the TV. 

All outputs and inputs were tested.

Includes everything you need. (Power cord, manual, battery, remote control, audio video cord and HDMI cord, etc.)

I’m also including a sealed Sony Mini DV video tape cassette as well.

This Unit is a rare gem from Sony. It’s basically a portable VCR with an LCD screen that also outputs in HDMI for your old Mini DV videocassettes, and SD cards.

The battery (which is external and easily replaceable) does not hold a very long charge, but does work. Unit functions off the power cord or battery. It’s basically the same style battery that the old Sony Handycam Mini DV camcorders used, and is really only used to make the unit portable.
