This appears it may have been used once. Comes complete with the 6 Satin red Apple ornaments. They are not really apple shape but the box calls them Satin Apple Ornaments. This is complete, K-4000. Very good condition, two of the branch sleeves are incomplete. This is gorgeous. 2 foot tall, this is a wall hanging piece. The box has some damage and is not complete. Includes the red satin bow that was in the box. Of course the ornaments and or the bow does not have to be used
