The Fed 3b was produced from 1963 to 1972 and is based on the original 1955 Fed-2.
Characteristics: diopter adjustment on the rangefinder window, adjustable from the outside; green tinted viewfinder; an annular-type rewind clutch trigger around the bolt; serial number engraved on the base plate; no lugs for a strap; two rear latches; focal plane shutter; new speed sequence 15-60-125-250-500s + B and slow speeds from 1 to 1/8s; a shorter rangefinder base to leave room for the slow shutter mechanism; completely redesigned top panel with a push lever instead of a handle; FED stamp in Cyrillic and Latin; Leica LTM39 Ø39 lens flange with screw fastening. The faux leather in this model has a slightly different texture than the regular one.
