Rubbing, soiling, and wear to exterior. Fraying and some chips to the cloth at the spine ends. Spine darkened. There is a split to the cloth across the spine at the top edge of the title box, and a small puncture hole mid-spine. Some rippling to the cloth at the boards. Hinges tender, with front hinge exposed. Pages toned and the paper somewhat brittle.
